Website information & privacy

Privacy Policy

This page explains how ASR Moving Systems handles information submitted through this website.

Information We Collect

When you submit our online quote forms, we receive the information you provide, which may include your name, phone number, email address, moving-from and moving-to details, your moving date, move size/type, how you heard about us (if provided), additional notes, and any photographs or videos you voluntarily choose to upload. Each accepted request receives a random lead reference so the request can be tracked through our quoting and service process without using contact information as an analytics identifier.

How We Use Your Information

We use this information to respond to your quote request, assess and plan your move, communicate with you about moving services, prepare pricing, and arrange or provide services when you choose to move forward with us. Private lead records may also record operational stages such as new, contacted, qualified, quoted, booked, completed, or lost so we can understand service outcomes and advertising effectiveness. We do not sell your information.

Photos and Videos You Upload

Photographs and videos may be uploaded voluntarily to help ASR Moving Systems understand the items being moved. Uploaded media is collected, accessed, stored, and used only for the limited purposes of assessing the scope of your move, preparing or providing a quotation, planning the requested moving services, and providing those services.

ASR Moving Systems will not use uploaded photographs or videos for advertising, marketing, promotional, testimonial, or social media purposes. We will not sell, rent, or disclose uploaded media to unrelated third parties. Uploaded media may be processed or stored by service providers engaged by ASR Moving Systems only as reasonably necessary to operate our website, systems, secure storage, email, or related business infrastructure, and only for those service-related purposes.

Please do not intentionally include unnecessary sensitive personal information in uploaded media, including identification documents, financial information, medical information, or other confidential records. Where possible, avoid including people in photographs or videos submitted for a moving quote.

Address Suggestions and Website Security

Our quote form uses Google Maps Platform to provide optional address and location suggestions while you type. Information entered into those address fields may be processed by Google as needed to return those suggestions. You can still type an address manually without selecting a suggestion.

Website Analytics and Advertising Measurement

With your permission, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement through Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors find and use our website, measure completed quote requests and phone-link clicks, and improve our advertising. This may include technical information such as pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate location, advertising click identifiers, and campaign parameters.

When measurement is accepted, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers may be retained to connect a submitted request with the campaign that introduced it. For eligible Google Ads conversion measurement, normalized contact details may be hashed in the browser before being provided to the advertising tag. We do not place customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, moving addresses, notes, or uploaded media in ordinary Google Analytics event parameters.

Google measurement storage is denied by default until you choose to accept it in the website notice. If you choose Essential only, we do not grant analytics or advertising cookie storage. You can change or withdraw your measurement permission below at any time.

With the same permission, Microsoft Clarity may be used to understand page interactions such as scrolling, dead clicks, and navigation friction through aggregated behaviour reports and session recordings. Clarity is not loaded by this website until measurement permission has been granted.

We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated spam or abuse. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to perform that security check.

Service Providers

We use service providers for website hosting, secure file storage, email delivery, address suggestions, and website security. These providers may process information only as reasonably necessary to provide those services to ASR Moving Systems.

Data Retention

We retain quote request information and uploaded media only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, to provide requested services, or to meet legitimate legal or business recordkeeping requirements. Secure media gallery links are time-limited.
